With not knowing the coastal residential market (very different from inland), Becky was instrumental on helping me find my dream Beach House in Lincoln City. Now that I am moved in, I can reflect back and easily identify all that she did to make this happen. Going forward, anyone I know needing to find a property on the Coast, I will recommend Becky as their agent! I would seek her expertise again.
Becky helped us buy a home and lots. She responded immediately when I looked for a realtor online. She showed us many homes and took us to the areas we were interested in and after she got to know us she showed us additional places she thought we’d like. The best part about Becky is that her job doesn’t end after the sale, she is there for you if you have questions about utilities, fix it people, and other things that arise. We appreciate that Becky is still available to us. We feel lucky to have found Becky and we would use her again.
Becky helped me sell my Shorepine Village vacation home in the dead of winter. She did a great job keeping things on track, knows the area and her paperwork was in excellent order.
Becky is awesome. We were out of state buyers looking for a new full time home. Becky was professional and accommodating meeting us on our time table. We looked at a ton of houses, with her husband Mark a General Contractor in tow. They make a great team, she finds great properties and he looks over the property for things a buyer might miss. She found us a home that was listed above our price range but they came down to our price. She handled our inspection since we were back in Utah. They have been checking the property for us since we will not be moving there for at least another few months. There was a leak in the roof after a heavy rainstorm, Mark repaired it for us, as well as changing the locks, and addressing the water heater needs. They have been a Godsend and we look forward to moving there and seeing them again. As well as our new house.
Becky helped me and my husband find our dream home, after a lot of her time and energy, but she made it seem easy. We were buying while living in another state so we needed to rely on her for EVERYTHING. She went above and beyond to find our house and get it from opening to closing seamlessly. She met inspectors at the house for us for any and all tests, and quickly passed along copies of the results. She would follow up to ask if we had questions that needed answering, since we had never owned a home with septic and well systems. She never let us down; and that is with a process that took over 6 months. We now know Courtney and her work ethic is as good as Becky’s. I would allow either of these energetic, enthusiastic women to handle any real estate transactions we may have!
Becky was our agent when we were shopping for our vacation home. We dragged her up and down the coast until we found the perfect home for us – and it turned out to be the first home she showed us. Becky was a true professional throughout the process, even representing us at the home inspection when we could not make to the coast on the day of the inspection.
